Custom-engraved earrings and bracelets
Expressing a bond, intention or precious memory, hand-engraved jewellery, unique and intimate, carries the meaning of a transmission in the material. Whether given as a gift or chosen for oneself, it can celebrate a special occasion and evoke refinement and affection.
A unique creation for you
Beaded bracelets, delicate chains, gold earrings or earrings set with stones, we design each of our creations to reflect your personality or that of its future owner, whether through the engraving of initials, a name, a date or a chosen symbol, it gives the jewel an intimate value. The gold and precious stones will be carefully selected in partnership with you to reveal the full brilliance when they come into contact with your face or wrist.
Excellence in craftsmanship
Since 1825, the master craftsmen of Maison Agry have been perpetuating an ancestral skill of artistic hand engraving. We carry out each of our gestures with the precision inherited from seven generations of excellence. Our Parisian workshops are renowned for the rare quality of our pieces, their durability and their elegance, each piece designed to stand the test of time and bear the mark of a personal history.
18-carat gold: Our House traditionally uses 18-carat gold, which ensures excellent resistance over time while offering a beautiful yellow gold colour. This alloy also allows the colour of the metal to be adjusted by playing with the proportions of silver, copper and palladium to produce pink, red or white gold. White gold is rhodium-plated white gold, i.e. plated with rhodium to whiten its surface.
Platinum: This highly dense precious metal, with its elegant silver-like hue, offers longevity and resistance to oxidation. It is particularly suitable for intaglio engraving for those who like white metals without any particular maintenance.
925 silver : Chosen for its beautiful luminosity and finesse, it is less resistant to time and oxidises, lending itself to more occasional wearing.
Stone engraving is an age-old tradition, dating back to antiquity. In those days, it was known as intaglio, a term still used today to describe this refined technique.
Hard stones: hese are most frequently used for engraving, and most come from the agate family of carnelian, sardonyx, green agate, blue or pink nicolo. Red or blood jasper and onyx also lend themselves perfectly to intaglio.
Fine gemstones: aquamarine, peridot, amethyst, pink or green tourmaline, garnet, blue or yellow sapphire, citrine, tanzanite, cordierite, quartz, spinel, topaz and many more.
Synthetic stones: sapphire, ruby and garnet, translucent and free of inclusions, offer a uniform colour and a beautiful setting for the engraving.
