AGRY, a company witness of history and traditions

Is situated between the Place Vendôme and the Tuileries garden. At this place, before the French Revolution, was the Feuillant’s convent, facing the Saint Augustin’s. They were both destroyed in 1789, and then in 1811. So Napoléon the 1st decided the construction of the Castiglione, Rivoli and Pyramides streets. All the elegant buildings with arcades are still giving to this district its unique style. AGRY installed his shop in Castiglione street in 1825, and since that time, seven generations of the same family perpetuate and transmit the tradition of heraldry .
